Acceptable Use

Overview

Kuzy, operated by [Company name TBD], is a powerful agent. It can read your repo, drive your terminal, browse the web, and take action across your stack. With that comes responsibility. This policy lists what you may not do with Kuzy.

By using Kuzy you agree not to use the service to do any of the things below, and not to enable or assist others in doing them.

Prohibited content

  • CSAM — child sexual abuse material. Zero-tolerance. Reports go to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Weapons of mass harm — instructions, design, or facilitation of biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons.
  • Targeted harassment — content intended to harass, threaten, dox, or stalk a specific person.
  • Privacy violations — non-consensual intimate imagery, scraped personal data without lawful basis, or doxing.
  • Malware authoring — building or distributing software whose primary purpose is to cause unauthorised access, exfiltration, or damage.
  • Fraud — phishing, identity theft, financial scams.
  • Election interference — coordinated inauthentic behaviour, deepfaked political content presented as real, suppression of voter participation.
  • Self-harm content — promoting or instructing on self-harm or suicide. (We will surface help-line resources where regionally appropriate.)

Security research that involves understanding malware or vulnerabilities for defensive purposes is welcome — be explicit about the context, work in a sandbox, and don't target third parties without authorisation.

Anti-abuse

  • No circumvention of rate limits, billing, or abuse controls.
  • No resale or sub-licensing of API access without prior written agreement.
  • No competitive benchmarking against third parties without their consent.
  • No reverse engineering of our weights, training data, or proprietary internals.
  • No use as a public proxy for unrelated traffic.

Security

Don't intentionally probe or attack our infrastructure outside our coordinated disclosure programme. If you discover a vulnerability, email [email protected]. We respond within 1 business day. Good-faith research is welcomed; we won't pursue legal action if you stay within the published rules.

Reporting

If you see Kuzy being used to violate this policy, or content generated by Kuzy that violates it, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible: account or task identifier, screenshots, and a brief description.

Enforcement

We enforce this policy proportionally:

  1. Warning — for ambiguous or first-time issues.
  2. Suspension — temporary loss of access while we investigate.
  3. Termination — permanent account closure for severe or repeated violations.

Severe categories (CSAM, weapons, election interference) bypass the warning step and are escalated to relevant authorities where required by law.
