Terms of Service

Kuzy is operated by [Company name TBD], a company registered in Istanbul, Türkiye. By creating an account or using Kuzy, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Kuzy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means both you and the organisation.

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service.

Kuzy is a native desktop coding agent for macOS and Windows, plus an optional hosted gateway and command-line interface. The agent reads files, runs tools, edits code, and executes tasks you authorise it to run. The hosted gateway routes requests to one or more model providers and bills them as credits.

You can run Kuzy in BYOK mode with your own provider keys (no credits, no gateway), or with our hosted models (credit-billed).

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Credits included in your plan reset on each billing cycle and do not roll over unless your plan explicitly allows it.

One credit corresponds to a unit of model and tool work as defined in our pricing documentation. We may adjust the credit-per-task ratio over time; we will give 30 days' notice of any change that would materially affect your usage.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the recurring subscription amount and any one-off credit packs you purchase. Failed payments may suspend the hosted features until resolved; the local app keeps working.

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on the first month of any subscription. Email [email protected]. One-off credit packs are refundable within 30 days if unused. Consumed credits are not refundable. See /legal/refund for full terms.

You may not use Kuzy to: (a) generate or distribute illegal content, including CSAM, weapons designs, or malware; (b) target individuals for harassment or violate their privacy; (c) circumvent rate limits, resell access, or run benchmarks against third parties without disclosure; (d) attempt to extract our weights, training data, or otherwise reverse-engineer the service.

You retain all rights to the code, files, prompts, and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models.

Output produced by Kuzy is generated by language models. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing it before shipping it to production, your customers, or the public. Treat agent runs the way you treat a junior engineer: trust, but verify.

Where applicable, we attempt to surface sources, diffs, and tool calls so you can audit what the agent did.

Kuzy, the marks, the brand, the desktop apps, the hosted services, and the documentation are owned by Kuzy and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them under these Terms. Open-source components are licensed separately under their respective licences (MIT for the agent runtime).

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. We will notify you in advance unless doing so is impossible or would create undue risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Kuzy is a tool; it is not a substitute for human judgement, legal advice, medical advice, or any other regulated professional service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kuzy and its team from any claim, demand, or expense arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Istanbul, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
